The murder of Shannon Paulk on August 16th, 2001 devastated and continues to devastate her family, friends, and this entire community. The lack of resolution, or even substantial progress has profoundly impacted the ability to get closure or take positive steps toward any measure of healing.

August of 2023 will be twenty- two years with no answers. Shannon's case is in danger of being permanently buried in the files of law enforcement. If something isn't done soon then it will dwindle away in the collective consciousness of the agencies charged with solving it. Her family will not have the answers they deserve, and Shannon's murderer will continue to walk free with no accountability, and the opportunity to continue hurting others. 

It is time for those who control the investigation to take action. It is truly now or never. Whatever obstacle is standing in the way, knock it down, If there is a risk take it. Shannon deserves that. Lets go.
