At today's City Council Special Hearing, council voted 3-0 in favor of the Mitigated Negative Declaration Plan for the San Jose Creek Multipurpose Path, meeting a critical grant deadline and moving this project forward! A huge thank you to everyone who signed this petition, wrote in to the city council, and attended the meeting today to express support for this project. It left an impression! I am optimistic we will see this path realized in the not-so-distant future.
