Licence Approved at John Fishers 

We’re delighted to confirm that Rayleigh FC has received approval for the premises licence at the John Fishers Pavilion.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the application, signed and shared the petition, attended meetings, provided feedback and helped us present the club’s case. Your support has been genuinely appreciated.

This approval will give the club greater flexibility to hold occasional fundraising, presentation and community events, helping us generate vital income that will be reinvested into grassroots football, our facilities and keeping the game affordable for local families.

We also want to thank local residents who engaged with us throughout the process. We understand the importance of being considerate neighbours and remain fully committed to operating the pavilion responsibly, managing events carefully and continuing an open dialogue with the community.

This is an important step forward for Rayleigh FC and for the long-term future of the pavilion as a community asset.
