There have been multiple instances of Apple claiming that this issue is not a widespread issue, a  minority of customers (even though it is growing) or even just blatantly ignoring its existence. There is self incriminating evidence of this proving that the issue is real. On Apple’s Discussion forums on their website, there are multiple complaints about the problem and people have the option to select the “Me Too” button if they are having a similar issue. Yet they claim the issue doesn’t exist. I have attached an example of this, and there are plenty more just like it.
