Hello everyone! I would just like to thank everyone supporting this cause. There’s no reason for us to have to spend more money on a new phone when we have one that is nowhere past its prime. I would like to ask you to share this with others that are having this problem because at this point Apple still has not acknowledged it. They are continuing to delete posts and repeatedly give horrible “solutions” to the problem (factory reset, which doesn’t resolve the issue). There are thousands of people with this same problem. If you are a member of any tech forum or blog, let it be known that this petition exists. Thank you!
