Hello All,

Again, I want to thank those who continue to provide information supporting the claims I have made in this petition concerning Kailyn Lowry and Lindsie Chrisley.

We are continuing to verify all information and will continue to update this petition; as our goal is to prevent Kailyn Lowry and Lindsey Chrisley from using their podcast as a platform to justify domestic abuse against Afro-Americans and Latinos and push a formulated narrative as Kailyn has continually done as a cast member on “Teen Mom”.

In various episodes of the Coffee Convos Podcast Kailyn Lowry and Lindsie Chrisley have made racially insensitive, biased comments. They have also attempted to justify Kailyn's history of domestic violence against the ethnic father's of her children; Joe Rivera, Javi Marroquin and Chris Lopez.

In an episode (107), dated November 28, 2019 they had MTV-Viacom executive producer of "Teen Mom", Larry Musnik on as a "guest."

In this episode Kailyn stated she was Larry's "favorite" teen mom. Larry went on to defend Kailyn's repeated physical assaults on Javi based on her "accomplishments" over the years, her age at the time (19) and the fact that she now has "three children."

Kailyn minimized the assaults by only admitting to "mushing" Javi in the face and went on to say she wished she could have the footage of that assault "removed from the internet." Larry stated that if it were possible to have footage removed he would have "done that a long time ago."

Larry further elaborated on his understanding of domestic violence. He stated, "normally there is no one around and no cameras recording." However, there were cameras recording during Kailyn’s physical assault on Javi.

Larry states that "speaking out" could "save a life." Whose life? Is a white females life more important than an ethnic man's life? Whose life was Larry referring to?

The narrative they were attempting to lead the conversation towards was Kailyn's claims that Chris Lopez has "hit" her in the past. Larry stated when she is ready to talk about that he will be "happy to be sitting on the other side of the table" to “support.” How did he “support” Javi after the repeated assaults? Did he hold Kailyn responsible?

Lindsie added, now that there are more ways to provide evidence of  domestic abuse there are more people willing to disclose what has happened to them.

Lindsie states she feels "so sorry" for victims of abuse yet, where is her empathy for Jo and Javi?

Does Lindsie feel that because they are Latino men that have been abused by a white female it's ok? That it should go un-punished...unaddressed...discussed as though they didn't matter unless, of course, Kailyn is allegedly hit back?

Surprisingly, Kailyn said she didn't want to be seen as a hypocrite because she's assaulted Javi.

This episode shed light on the fact that MTV has endorsed Kailyn's twisted assumption that Javi deserved to be assaulted repeatedly. Why?

Kailyn has never been held accountable legally or professionally for the crime of assault/domestic violence.

Why?

MTV-Viacom are biased when it comes to accountability.

Why?

How much has "White Privilege" been the deciding factor in the lack of accountability here?

Example 1: Producer Larry Musnik is happy to listen to Kailyn's allegation of abuse against Chris Lopez (a Black/Latino man) but, makes excuses for her repeated assaults on Jo and Javi (who are both Latino).

Why is the alleged assault of a white female more important to MTV-Viacom?

Example 2: MTV-Viacom filmed and aired Kailyn assaulting Javi and later aired an interview with Dr. Drew Pinsky where Kailyn admitted to "slapping" Javi repeatedly. They also aired another interview where Kailyn admitted to assaulting Jo Rivera, Isaac's father.

Why has Kailyn Lowry, a white female never been held accountable for the assaults on her ethnic children's fathers?

Kailyn stated to Dr. Drew Pinsky "it worked, didn't it" when referring to the fraudulent PFA (Protection From Abuse) she took out on Jo and Javi.

The problem with Coffee Convos podcast is Kailyn Lowry and Lindsie Chrisley further perpetuate the biased assumption that white females can assault the ethnic fathers of their children and never be held accountable. They demonstrate that “White Privilege” affords them the right, legally and professionally to mistreat ethnics with no accountability.

Kailyn and Lindsie further support “White Privilege” in today’s society...sadly even when it comes to family dynamics.
