Ukrainian leaders and civilians are frequently updating the condition and status of the Russian war in Ukraine. iPhone users are unable to translate from Ukrainian simply. 

This is a barrier to the truthful messaging direct from Ukraine to the world, indirectly helps propaganda via hindering communication sorely needed to be heard; it is even a barrier to Russian speaking Ukrainians' seeking messages from Kyiv. 

As example Telegram is a direct communication from many authoritative sources with what can be life saving messages to none Ukrainian speaking civilians in Ukraine. Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko and Ukrianian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy both post to Telegram as messages from the armed forces in Ukrainian can be readily found.

Apple should remove translation barriers to the world for these and all Ukrainian copy on iPhones by deploying Ukrainian as a supported translation language 

Apple are able to add a translation for Urkrainian into iPhone devices, similarly to as Apple has chosen to do for: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Hebrew

Apple doing so will then allow applications from the Apple App Store to allow iPhone users to translate directly in-app from Ukrainian to their chose language in apps with translation features, such as Telegram

Adding support for Ukrainian translation direct into iPhones will allow the war effort from Ukraine to be better supported, allowing the Ukrainian messages to be better and more clearly heard around the globe.
