Dear Neighbours,
I hope this message finds you well. As many of you are aware, there has been a recent minor variance application to approve bylaw infractions within the proposed 230 Royal York development.
Unfortunately, due to an administrative error, many of our neighbours did not receive the mailed notices regarding the public hearing for this application (held on May 9th). This would have been the forum for residents to share concerns regarding the application, which has prevented a fair opportunity for community input.

Why Your Presence Is Important: The absence of proper notice has raised concerns about procedural fairness in how these variances have been handled. Our local Councillor is no longer in a position to appeal this decision, and it is crucial that we come together as a community to discuss and address these concerns.
If you did not receive a notice and disagree with the proposed bylaw infractions for the 230 Royal York Proposed Development, your participation is essential. We need to collectively ensure that our voices are heard and that due process is followed.
Please mark your calendars and join us for this important gathering. Together, we can make a difference in maintaining the integrity and livability of our neighbourhood.
How You Can Help Further:
Spread the Word: Please share this information with other neighbours who might be affected but are unaware of the meeting.
Prepare Your Thoughts: Consider what bylaw infractions are most concerning to you, and be ready to discuss these points at the meeting.
Thank you for your attention and commitment to our community. We look forward to seeing you on July 16th and encourage everyone to participate in this crucial discussion.
Best,
Kaniel Gomes
