Apology Not Accepted! Our enslaved ancestors deserve better!

The Issue

The Netherlands government has announced that it will send cabinet ministers to
its Dutch colonies in the Caribbean and to the country of Suriname in South
America to “apologize” for what it calls “slavery past” on December 19, 2022. It is
clearly stipulated in the Dutch kingdom-wide newsrelease that Reparations will not
be discussed.

The people of the targeted territories and country, the descendants of the
enslaved African people were not consulted at all. Just told what to expect or
accept.

We the undersigned say, no apology without Reparations!
Please sign this petition and let us honor our ancestors, by demanding the
due respect, attention, and planning needed for Reparatory justice for the
atrocities committed against humankind. Thank you.

Reparations is nothing new see Caricom's 10 Point Plan for Repatory Justice
