Update 31 July 2015

Dear Supporters, Gary Hendrickson, Taste Café, has provided the following update: The Unity employee in question has been arrested and charged with several counts of theft. He is due to appear in court early next month where he must enter a plea of either; Guilty, Not Guilty or No Contest. In light of this, Unity are still pressing ahead with their action against Gary. Gary's legal team have written to Unity and requested that they drop the judgment against him. Gary still awaits a response from Unity. It will be interesting to see how the former employee pleas and how Unity will then proceed. I will continue to provide updates, as and when they arrive.
