Title: Chihayafuru Season 4 and more – We Want the Continuation of This Beautiful Anime!

Dear Madhouse, Aniplex, Kodansha, and Nippon TV teams,

We, the international fans of Chihayafuru, are writing to you with passion and respect.

Since Season 3 aired in 2020, we have been eagerly waiting for a continuation. Chihayafuru is more than just an anime about Karuta — it is a story about passion, personal growth, friendship, and finding one’s path. Madhouse’s stunning animation, the deep characters, and the authentic portrayal of Hyakunin Isshu have inspired millions worldwide.

The original manga by Yuki Suetsugu has concluded, and a sequel manga is now running. Additionally, the successful live-action drama Chihayafuru -Meguri- premiered in 2025. Most importantly, author Yuki Suetsugu herself has publicly stated that she has not given up hope for a fourth anime season.

Now is the perfect time! There is still so much story left to tell — especially the college and adult arcs. The dedicated fanbase is ready to support Season 4 and more enthusiastically.

Our request: Please produce Chihayafuru Season 4 and more! We want to continue following Chihaya, Taichi, and Arata on their Karuta journey.

We promise to support the series fully: through legal streaming, Blu-ray purchases, merchandise, and active promotion.
