Dog Meat In Indonesia

World Animal Rescue
20 gen 2018
Korea and China are not the only countries that butcher and consume dog meat. There is an emerging market in Indonesia. The treatment of the poor animals is just as bad as in Korea. Stray dogs are grabbed off of the streets, their muzzles restricted with a zip tie, thrown in a sack like flour and shipped off to be slaughtered. The dogs are slaughtered with multiple hammer blows to the skull, they are left bleeding before becoming curry. The slaughterhouses are unsanitary and promote the spread of rabies and other diseases. In fact, human deaths from rabies have been linked to the consumption of dog meat. Multiple countries in Asia have already banned dog meat. Countries like the Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. With your support, we can add three more countries to the list: Korea, China, and Indonesia.
