Subject: Zero FIR against the owner of Goods Transport vehicle, bearing No. RJ-19-GB 7543 and RJ-19-GB- 9606 with JCB and custodian of abused Camels with promoters, along with violation of Permit No. 01A, conditions, pre-transport permit as required under 96 of the Cattle Transport Rules, 1978, amended in 2001 and 2009, being criminal conspiracy.

Scouts and Guides for Animals and Birds along with OIPA www.scoutingindia.in : Indian People for Animals and Animal Welfare Party, is going to protest against cruel transportation of Camels in India:
1. AWBI to introduce Advisory on Educational basis, under section 9(k) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
2. AWBI, may regulate Camel Transportation, under section 10 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
3. AWBI, may introduce prototype of a suitable vehicle, as per Bureau of Indian Standards, to shift Camels.
4. STOP Cruel Camel shifting, Shut down AWBI, replacing it with National Commission on Animal Welfare with Judicial powers.
5. Recall back all abused Camels from West Bengal to Jodhpur.
6. Legal and Departmental action against all public servants, involved in permit mechanism for a pregnant camel with others, in a goods transport vehicles.
7. Cancel registration of two goods transport vehicles, bearing No. RJ-19-GB 7543 and RJ-19-GB- 9606, as Camel shifting - export permission, bearing No. 3813 dated 3-2-2022 and Permit No. 01A, was cancelled, by a Competent Authority.
8. Cancel Registration of veterinary Doctors, granting permission, as per section 96 of the Cattle Transport Rules, 1978 amended 2001 and 2009.
9. Stop discrimination, treating animals, livestock and Cattle as Goods.
