DOAHD/E/2022/00093: Direction to AWBI, for compliance:

Scouts and Guides for Animals and Birds www.scoutingindia.in along with OIPA: Indian People for Animals and Animal Welfare Party, which is a 1st Political Party in India, observed that Camels are facing trouble, without any suitable mechanism, to transport from one place to another, in human way, besides its Natural habitat, keeping in view its body structures and eating hobbies..
1. Camel is a living creatures, have feeling of pain and injury, instead goods.
2. Animal Welfare Board of India, discussed twice, to introduce mechanism, for Camel transportation.
3. Scouts and Guides for Animals, moved WP (C) No 2045 of 2022, before Hon'ble Delhi High Court, related to Camel Transport.
All public servants, holding berth against public funds, keeping in view, article 51 A (g) of Indian Constitution, are directed, to resolve the issue, adopting time frame policy, that:
1. AWBI, must public, the truth behind, the Additional Item No. 1 of 37th General Meeting along sub item of Additional Item No. 1 of 38th General Meeting, related to Camel Transportation, along with the communication made and received, from the Border Security Force and other, related to Camel Transportation, including reply to AWBI letter dated 14-1-2020 as attached.
2. AWBI to introduce Advisory on Educational basis, under section 9(k) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
3. AWBI, may regulate Camel Transportation, under section 10 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
4. AWBI, may introduce prototype of a suitable vehicle, as per Bureau of Indian Standards, to shift Camels in humane way, with respect and dignity.
5. Action taken, on the communication, received on PG Portal, related to Camel.
