Friend,
Right this second, dogs are being slaughtered.
Family pets are taken from gardens and streets and forced into wire cages or canvas bags. They are transported for days without food or water.
Many arrive injured, all arrive terrified. Their bodies failing after days of transport. Some never survive the journey. The dogs who do are subjected to violent cruelty that drags out their suffering until their final moments.
Friend, this isn’t rare. Around 10 million dogs every year are pulled into the dog meat trade in Southeast Asia. Many still wear collars when they are killed - proof they were loved pets.
This continues because too many people get away with it.
At AWIP, we are not waiting. We push evidence toward enforcement. We fight to disrupt this trade at its source and force prosecutions that stick.
Friend, sign now if you agree that dog meat traders deserve tougher penalties!
But we cannot apply enough pressure alone, Friend.
Authorities act when they feel urgency. Prosecutors move when the public demands justice loudly and relentlessly.
Silence protects the people who do this. Action protects the dogs.
That’s why this petition matters right now. Not later.
