URGENT: Will you stand with the woman who refused to abandon AWIP’s dogs as floodwaters rose around them? These survivors of the dog meat trade need you now more than ever — CLICK HERE TO ADD YOUR NAME.

Friend,

Just weeks ago, our partner shelter in the Philippines was struck by a tropical storm. With your support, we moved dozens of rescued AWIP dogs to safety.

But we didn’t know the worst was yet to come.

Another storm has hit — even stronger. This is the 15th cyclone in the Philippines this year. And now, the shelter is flooding again.

Dogs are practically swimming in dirty rainwater, with nowhere else to go.

The tarp roofing leaks. The ground is soaked. The woman who runs the shelter — alone — is lifting dogs onto platforms to keep them dry. While others evacuated, she stayed behind.

Why?

Because these are AWIP’s dogs. Survivors of the brutal dog meat trade. Dogs who have already lived through unthinkable cruelty. She refuses to let them suffer again.

This shelter is their first taste of safety. No chains. No barren cages. Just space to breathe, recover, and begin again. But it was never built to withstand typhoons like this.

She’s fighting to keep them alive. And now she needs you, Friend.

Will you sign now to stand with our rescuer in the Philippines and with the dogs depending on her, Friend?

I'll be honest with you, Friend: This isn’t about the future. It’s about the next 48 hours.

Every signature tells her: you are not alone. We see you. We stand with you.

For all animals,

Jacob Lloyd

P.S. These storms are only getting worse. But our promise to protect AWIP’s dogs will not break. Sign today to show her she’s not standing in that floodwater alone, Friend.
