Over the weekend, our animal welfare officers in Wales rescued Humphrey, a six month old puppy, from a harrowing situation.
Humphrey was a victim of irresponsible breeding and was found in dire need of care and attention. His overgrown nails suggest he was denied the joy of regular walks, and a troubling skin condition on his legs and paws requires urgent veterinary attention.
