Over the weekend, our dedicated team successfully executed a seizure operation that rescued a staggering 95 turtles. These gentle creatures were on the brink of becoming victims of the illegal wildlife trade, but thanks to your support, they now have a chance at a life in the wild where they rightfully belong.

But that's not all – this month has proven to be a game-changer. Our relentless efforts have led to the seizure of a total of 230 turtles, all of which were destined for the black market. The illicit trade in wildlife is a lucrative and destructive industry, with illegally caught turtles fetching exorbitant prices of up to 1,500 to 2,000 euros each.

When we do the math, it becomes clear that this month alone, we've managed to halt the flow of an astonishing 345,000 to 460,000 euros worth of turtles from falling into the wrong hands.
