As of now, we're almost halfway there with our fundraising efforts, but we're encountering a serious setback. Donations have declined by 30% in recent months, which has put us in a tough spot.
Without the funds needed to pursue this legal battle and ensure that Majka's abuser is held responsible, our ability to continue our important work would be severely compromised.

Majka was found in a nightmarish situation in Poland, where he had been shackled by a chain for 24 agonising hours each day. The chain was wound so tightly around her delicate neck that it had caused severe injuries, which were left untreated for far too long.

Our dedicated investigators acted swiftly and managed to rescue Majka from this horrific ordeal. She is now under our care, receiving the medical attention she urgently needs. The road to recovery will be long and challenging, but we are committed to helping Majka heal both physically and emotionally.
