Ban fishing on Walton Dam. Too many swans/Cygnets are being injured/died through being caught up on discarded fishing lines , hooks, floats etc. Two happene d  recently. No one looks after the fishing on there. No bailiffs go to check that fishermen have licences. ( Dont think most of them do) Some not English and try to catch carp to eat!!
