The issue

To say that meat and dairy come from anything less than torture… is a lie.

What we are doing to the animals of this Earth—to the forests, oceans, and skies they belong to—is nothing short of a sustained assault on life itself. We are bulldozing Eden for snacks and profit. And if we continue like this, perfunctorily sleepwalking through convenience, indifferent to our cruelty and destruction… this is where it leads:

Pandemics.

-3 in 4 new infectious diseases in humans come from animals—mostly from livestock and wildlife trade.

-COVID-19, SARS, swine flu, bird flu are all zoonotic, and many are linked to animal agriculture.

Water scarcity.

Animal agriculture uses 1/3 of all freshwater globally.

Food shortages.

77% of global farmland is used for livestock, yet it provides only 18% of the world’s calories.

Mass extinction.

Earth is undergoing its 6th mass extinction—species are vanishing at 1,000 times the natural rate.

Animal agriculture is the leading cause of habitat loss and biodiversity collapse.

This isn’t hyperbole—it’s science.

Over 80 billion land animals are slaughtered every year.

Factory farms are breeding viral time bombs.

Methane clouds are warming the sky.

Rivers are being poisoned.

Coral reefs are being bleached.

Wildlife is being displaced and devoured.

And still, we walk down supermarket aisles—oblivious, distracted—trusting in fraudulent words like humane, sustainable, free range.

But this is no longer acceptable.

So I am not here simply to say “this is bad.” And show you some horrific images of how animals are being tortured, that's how people get overwhelmed and turn away, and things go on as normal.

I am here to propose a real, actionable plan to end this nightmare and begin the healing.

 • Cigarette-style warning labels must be made mandatory on meat and dairy, making it unignorable: this product contributed to animal suffering, environmental destruction, and climate crisis.

 • All humane-sounding labels that hide the reality—phrases like humanely raised, ethical meat, cage-free—must be criminalised as fraud. It is false advertising, and fraud is illegal.

 • Government subsidies must be redirected toward developing cultured meat and dairy that tastes the same, costs less, and ends the slaughter economy once and for all.

 • Pigs, who are no less intelligent than dogs, must be reclassified—from food to companions and bought out of the factories and into our homes so we can come to love, appreciate and understand these beautiful creatures.

 • The euphemism “factory farm” must be abandoned. These are not farms. There is no grass. There is no sun. The accurate term is animal death factory—and we must have the courage to call it what it is.

• Mandatory in-store and restaurant screens must be implemented showing the reality of animal rearing and slaughter—“meet your meat, meet your egg layers, meet your dairy providers”—so consumers can face the truth with full awareness before purchase.

Look, we're not bad people, we all yearn for peace, we all yearn to be understood and appreciated and we all know that cruelty is wrong.

We all know the planet is dying.

We are not monsters. We are men and we have the love, peace, kindness and understanding of humanity in our hearts.

There is good in all of us.

There is peace in all of us.

Where there is life there is hope and no man is beyond redemption.

So... let us turn this around...!

Let us reclaim our world...!

Let us return to animals their natural right to freedom and happiness...!

The deceit and lies have gone on for too long, the abuse has gone on for too long. Now let us let some light back in and watch our world begin to regrow and heal.
