Deutsche Version

In den letzten zehn Jahren lehnt das Bundesverwaltungsamt, das für Spätaussiedlermigration zuständig ist, die Ausgabe eines Aufnahmebescheids fast allen Antragstellern ab. Die Gründe sind einfach sehr fadenscheinig.

Wir fordern, dass die BVA:

1.Es sollte genug sein, dass die Deutsche Nationalität nur in einem Dokument  steht. Die Dokumente sind in der Petition angegeben.

2.Es sollte nicht  nach dem Alter, wann man diese Dokumente bekommt, gefragt werden. 

3.Es sollte  eine Deutsche Karte (wie in Polen  „Karta Polaka“) eingeführt werden. Die Karte sollen  Deutsche oder Leute mit deutscher Abstammung bekommen. Die Karte soll helfen, wenn man ein Visum für Deutschland bekommen möchte, wohnen oder in Deutschland studieren will.

English Version

During the last 10 years the German national department, which is responsible for the migration regulations for ethnic German repatriates, rejected all the applicants to enter the country. The rejection reasons were very doubtful.

We claim:

1.It should be allowed to evidence the nationality on the ground of an only document. The list of admissible documents is stated in the current petition.

2.The applicant's age, at which the document was obtained, should not be the substance of the application by any means.

3.The „German Card“ (on the analogy of „Karta Polaka“ in Poland) should be introduced. The recipients of this document are Germans and ethnic German repatriates. The „German Card“ is to help in obtaining the residence permit for purpose of living or studying in Germany.

En los últimos diez años, la Oficina Federal de administración, que es el ente responsable de la migración étnica en Alemania, rechaza a casi todos los solicitantes y las razones no son muy convincentes.

Estamos pidiendo:

1. Que la nacionalidad alemana figure en un solo documento

2. Que estos documentos no sean según la edad sino que esto ni se pregunte

3. introducir en los mapas los lugares donde viven descendientes alemanes y que sea en idioma alemán (como en Polonia "Karta Polaka"). El mapa que sirva de ayuda para obtener una visa para, vivir o estudiar en Alemania.

В последнее десятилетие немецкое ведомство Bundesverwaltungsamt отвечающее за переселение Российских немцев отказывает в ходатайстве о выдаче Aufnahmebescheid по надуманным причинам практически всем заявителям. Требования в данной петиции должны изменить ситуацию в лучшую сторону для всех немцев из стран СНГ.

Мы требуем:

1. что бы BVA было достаточно лишь одного указания немецкой национальности в одном из официальных документов указанных в петиции

2. Не предъявлять возрастные требования к заявителю на момент получения документов с национальностью.

3. Также мы требуем ввести так называемый "паспорт немца" или "карту немца" по аналогии с "картой поляка", который будет выдаваться всем гражданам имеющим немецкое происхождение. Данный документ должен облегчить получение немецких виз, позволить работать и учиться в Германии.
