WILL AGL MEET WITH CAMDEN COMMUNITY?

Today Australian Mothers Against Gas contacted Jenny O'brien requesting that AGL meet with the Camden community to discuss health effects and accept receipt of this Petition. Hello Ms Jenny Obrien, I live within close proximity to AGL coal seam gas wells in Camden. I am part of a community group called "Australian Mothers Against Gas". We would like to met with you to discuss the specifics regarding AGLs schedule to close down wells in Camden by 2023. Families living in close proximity to AGLs coal seam gas wells are suffering severe health effects; such as prolific nose bleeds that continue for 20 minutes, headaches that last for months on end, whole families suffering hair loss and respiratory distress. Australian Mothers Against Gas and the Camden community feel that seven years is way to long for families to suffer these terrible effects in their own homes. We would also like to present you with a Community Petition signed by over 10,200 people asking that AGL close down the Camden Gas Project now.
