Good evening fellow New Yorkers!

I hope this update finds you and your family, healthy and well.  

Sadly, over 15,000 elderly New Yorkers have lost their lives to the COVID-19 virus, and largely in-part due to our governor's reprehensible policy MANDATING nursing homes admit  COVID-19 positive patients.

But as New Yorkers who have been fighting since the passage of the RHA in 2019 for the lives of one our other, most vulnerable populations, the pre-born, his blatant disregard for the elderly comes as no surprise.

Although tragic, let us allow these senseless deaths to reinvigorate our commitment to protecting ALL human life!  Especially the pre-born.

If you have not already done so, please share this petition and continue to lobby your state representatives to immediately REPEAL the abominable RHA, which legalizes abortion in NYS up to birth under dangerously vague circumstances.
