Here we go again!! Judy Markowitz of ENERGIZED REALTY GROUP is committing REAL ESTATE FRAUD again! Today she sent out her Real Estate Salespeople, JESSICA HUANG and THEODORA NAKOS to try and sell my house again! To be clear I AM NOT selling my HOUSE nor am I relinquishing my claim to my house located at 214-04 86th Avenue and purchased in MARCH of 1995, 27 years ago! JUDY MARKOWITZ is using the ILLEGAL ORDER OF JUDGE ANNA CULLEY who, along with her accomplices, has committed Fraud Against the Court and Theft of property Under Color of Law in theft of property worth $9 Million by generating an enforcement order, BASED ON FRAUD AND FALSIFICATION OF FACTS, for the NYC Sheriff’s department case #22001481 Court Index/Docket #6019/2016 after committing FRAUD AGAINST THE COURT IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER! NONE of the Law Enforcement Agencies/ Officers have DENIED these facts, yet they are taking NO ACTION so as to coverup the JUDGE.

Please reach out to the NYS Assembly and NYS Senate and ask them to start impeachment proceeding on Judge Anna Culley as is outlined in our New York State Constitution. You can also call 518-455-4218 and 518-455-2800to make them aware of the petition and tell them to start the impeachment inquiry.
