UPDATE: What you do not see in the latest video is that after executing the illegal eviction, Deputy Sheriff S. GOSCICKI (0837) arrested me and issued a Criminal Court Appearance Ticket because I was asserting my rights and not complying with the fraudulent eviction order of Judge ANNA CULLEY. I now have to appear at the Queens Criminal Court, 120-55 Queens Boulevard, Kew Gardens 11415 on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 9:30 am in order to defend myself against the false criminal charge of Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree, Penal Law 195.05. I am asking supporters to show up as #CourtWatchers in order to witness the systemic criminalization of those who dare to stand up and assert our rights against fraud, violations and organized injustice against us.

My Teamster husband paid his lawyer to lie to the court about our $4 million rental property in Brooklyn, 191 State Street, Brooklyn, NY and then he used that lie to get the judge to evict me and our daughter from our $1 million home in Queens, the home that we bought together 27 years ago in 1995. Instead of starting her Spring Semester at the University she is attending, my daughter and I will be going to a homeless shelter…all because of the crimes of my Teamster husband JOHN SHEHA, his lawyer Attorney ANDREAS VASILATOS, the judge ANNA (SEMINERIO) CULLEY and my husband‘s brother, GUSTAS SHEHA who financed the fraud through his corporation TARATSA a LLC. This is a CRIMINAL matter, not just civil. This Queens Judge, along with her accomplices, has committed Grand Larceny Under Color of Law in theft of property worth $9 Million by generating an enforcement order for the NYC Sheriff’s department case #22001481 Court Index/Docket #6019/2016 after committing FRAUD AGAINST THE COURT IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER! The fraudulent eviction order was served on Friday, January 21, 2022 at approximately 10:22 am and the live streamed video can be viewed here:

If you live in New York State please email your members of the NYS Assembly and NYS Senate and ask them to start impeachment proceeding on Judge Anna Culley as is outlined in our New York State Constitution. You can also call 518-455-4218 and 518-455-2800 to make them aware of the petition and tell them to start the impeachment inquiry.
