This is a photograph of the NYPD incident report that was filed on July 31, 2020 when the NYPD responded to my 911 call for help. My husband, Teamster Union Local 813 VP John Shehas aka John Sheha, took action using the illegal and unenforceable “Judgement” he obtained from NYS Judge Anna (Seminerio) Culley. The judgement is, in and of itself, void due to the Fraud Upon the Court and the violations of federal and NYS laws by Judge Anna Culley.

Essentially John Shehas used the order to commit grand larceny by stealing, among other things, the gray 2013 Toyota Sienna minivan, License No. DFY1275, VIN: 5TDDK3DCXDS059836

NYPD Officer Hernandez, Officer Zhang and Sergeant Gill of NYPD 111th Precinct had body cameras turned on and I have captured the incident on video which I have not yet made public.

This incident report is evidence that the NYPD officers who enforced the judgement after being informed of the violations of law and the fraud of the judge are themselves witting participants in the theft of property and deprivation of civil rights under color of law,  a violation of 18 USC 242 Color of law.

The report also serves to toll the statute of limitations for any legal action concerning this incident and the judgement.

It is clear that local law enforcement will not enforce the law or take action to hold the violators accountable which makes this petition even more urgent since it is calling on the New York State legislature and the Governor to take action in impeaching and removing Judge Anna Culley for her violations of law as outlined in the NYS Constitution.
