The crime syndicate consisting of NYS Judge Anna (Seminerio) Culley, Teamster VP John Shehas aka John Sheha, Attorney Andreas VASILATOS and their TPLF, Third Party Litigation Funder, GUSTAS Sheha aka Gus SHEHA through his corporation TARATSA LLC are continuing their efforts to try and enforce and procure more unlawful and unenforceable orders through a hearing they have scheduled on Friday, January 8th, 2020 at 2:00 pm,  before Judge Anna Culley. The purpose of the hearing is for the Judge to award an order of protection in favor of the Defendant, John SHEHAS, to exclude me, the Plaintiff from the marital residence and to direct me to vacate my home and in the event that I do not vacate my home the court will order that the sheriff or the NYPD REMOVE me from my home. Aside from the fact that the proceeding and any ensuing orders  would be unlawful and unenforceable under federal law, her orders, if carried out, would render me and my daughter HOMELESS DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!

Please keep in mind that the orders of Judge Anna Culley are null and void in this case due to her Fraud Upon the Court, her misrepresentations of material facts in the “Judgement of Divorce” and her violations of federal and NYS laws as previously enumerated. SHE WILL CONTINUE TO ISSUE ILLEGAL ORDERS UNDER COLOR OF LAW IN THIS CASE UNTIL SHE IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE!
