My victimizers have filed a SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) action with the court in an attempt to silence me....

I will not be silenced....

My right to free speech and petition is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

I will defend myself and my right to call out and report violations of law and to petition the government in seeking justice.

I will not consent to the use of my home in lieu of a court of law. The use of my home would violate my right to privacy. Any attempt by the government to use my home would be in an act of Trespassing. In New York law “Trespass” is an “intentional entry onto land of another without justification or permission.”, Woodhull v. Town of Riverhead 46 A.D. 3d 802, 804 (2nd Dept 2007).

Therefore, if and when their SLAPP can be heard in a court of law, I will be representing myself until I am able to secure legal representation.
