#1. EXTENT THE STATUE ON CHILD VICTIMS ACT SO THAT SURVIVORS OF CHILD SEX ABUSE MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL TIME TO FILE THERE CLAIM 

#2. DEEM THAT ALL CHILD VICTIMS ACT CASES ARE “ESSENTIAL”

 

due to the covid 19 virus all New York courts are only hearing “essential” cases.

To a survivor it is very imporntant to not fall through the cracks of this system

We believe that this pandemic is allowing our attackers places to hide! 

All the while when we were children begging for a place to hide there was nothing to stop the abuse now that we had risen to the occasion and become bold enough to come forward to confront our attackers they Run and hide

We live in a society where disproportions amounts of child sex abuse survivors are already at a disadvantage as a result of what we have been throughWE NOW COME TO THE PEOPLE TO HELP US STOP THE GAMES AND CLOSE ALL THE HIDING PLACES AND ALLOW ALL OF US SURVIVORS A TIME AND A PLACE

The definition of essential is completely necessary or part of the basic nature of something

IS IT NOT COMPLETELY NECESSARY THAT  INSTITUTION WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A CHILD AND PUTS THEM AT RISK CAUSE UNCERMOUNTABLE PAIN RAPE TORTURE MENTAL EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL ABUSE

SHOULD THEY NOT B BROUGHT TO JUSTICE AND HAVE TO LOOK IS IN THE FACE AND B REMINDED OF THAT LITTLE GIRL OR BOY WHO HAVE NO VOICE

SHOULD WE CONTINUE TO B SCILENT?

MOST OF US SURVIVORS HAVE BEEN FORCED AT ONE PART OR ANOTHER IN OUR LIFES TO LIVE IN IMPOVERISHED NEIGHBORHOODS 

VICTIMS OF THE MEDICAID SYSTEMS UNCLEAN ENVIORNMENTS 

HORRIBL TREATMENT AT HRA CENTERS

BEING MEDICATED FOR NO REASON

BEING THROWN INTO PADDED ROOMS

WITH CORONAVIRUS ADDING A NEW CHALLENCE DO WE HAVE TO WONDER IF WE WILL EVER SEE JUSTICE IN OUR LIFETIME?

IS THAT A QUESTION WE SHOULD WORRY ABOUT OR HAVE?
