PO Sandy Guardiola was shot and killed in her apartment in Canandaigua, New York. Police entered the apartment after being let in by a neighbor. Reportedly there was some concern because PO Guardiola did not show up to work in her new transferred assignment. Shots were exchanged and PO Guardiola was killed.
