Once again, New York Rising's plans drawn by their architect, for the Recon-100 rebuild of my home by the state (The Elevated Studio) were rejected by the Village of East Rockaway! The reason????? Fundamental and Basic errors that were made in the first set of plans were not fixed, and were resubmitted almost exactly like the first set of plans that were rejected. At the same time, New York Rising has reneged on their promise to reimburse my mortgage payments while I pay rent, with no movement to make good on this promise. I am now in default with Wells Fargo almost ninety days. I have already received the mandatory notices to begin a process for potential foreclosure of my home. I have been advised to get my mortgage current asap, or face a potential disastrous outcome. I am doing all that I can. Please help me to apply as much pressure as possible to get this situation rectified. I am in desperate need of help! Thank you, Phyllis Boland
