On February 7, 2018, the architect that GOSR hired to do the plans for my home came to my home and had me sign a permit to go to the Village. Yesterday I received a letter from the building dept. that the building plans that the architect drew for GOSR were REJECTED for numerous reasons. The plans are FRAUGHT with errors and inconsistencies, lacked the construction costs, other permits required along with the fees for those, and many other things. This means an even longer time to build my home, once again due to their malfeasance, while I have to pay my rent and mortgage, which I simply cannot afford!
