Cash-Out Day is Tuesday 28th April 2026.

You, like me, probably already withdraw cash regularly. But many Aussies need a reminder that the cash system is under threat from banks and governments.

Please withdraw cash on Cash-Out Day from an ATM, bank branch or EFTPOS retailer to support our right to access and use cash forever.

Recently the government's cash mandate has allowed almost all large retailers to reject cash. The government has also announced a ban on card surcharging.

These two big changes will hurt cash users.

Governments and banks need to support cash acceptance and access. Please share our petition:
