I don't understand why we have to submit bills for reimbursement thru UTIITSL for every claims, which is gone in black hole, no respite, uncertainty of claims getting fully settled in near future.  Why can't bills be submitted in physical forms at AIAHL or UTIITSL.

UTIITSL site doesn't open 24/7/365
There were letters from Health Ministry, CGHS Addl Directors that all OPD/IPD treatment is totally cashless because we have already paid for such facility to Air India.
Why this is not being honoured by CGHS and  Hospitals.
Sorry state of affairs by Govt of India CGHS, Hospitals,UTIITSL, all taken us for granted and taken all AI retires for a whirlpool spin ride till we all leave this world permanently. �
