I know I am not alone when I say that Lemongrass Chicken is the unsung hero of the American University dining scene. Personally, I've roughly used 60% of my meal swipes this semester on this very meal and I don't regret a single one.

Now as we know, the Global Fresh menu changes each semester, and with their last day of operation for the year being May 5th, this means no more lemongrass chicken. Ever. :( 

But all hope is not lost. Join me in petitioning AU Housing & Dining to keep our favorite entree in Tavern alive for next semester and beyond.
