The Issue

To anyone who has ever sought justice in a civil matter, (not criminal), only to have your case "hi-jacked" by some prejudiced Judge because you couldn't afford the THOUSANDS of dollars it takes to pay for a lawyer, then this petition speaks for YOU! The Code of Judicial Conduct in EVERY state makes two things perfectly clear: "A Judge shall be faithful to the law" and "A judge shall treat ALL parties with fairness and impartiality." This includes people who are "Pro Se" (without attorney representation) regardless of whether they are the Plaintiff or Defendant. Most judges despise pro se litigants because they didn't PAY for a lawyer! Keep in mind that before they became Judges, these Judges were lawyers who made their money by charging attorney's fees, sometimes in the tens of thousands of dollars!

Such is the case in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Broward County, Fla. where the system of justice is "finance-driven." If you can't PAY for justice - then you don't GET justice! If the other side comes to court with a lawyer and you don't, then regardless of the facts, the evidence, the law, and most importantly, the TRUTH, the Judge will do whatever it takes to award the case to the attorney-represented party!

Although there are many Broward County judges who are guilty of judicial prejudice and misconduct, two of the worst are circuit court judge, Keathan B. Frink and county court judge, Nina Dipietro. That is NOT just my opinion. The official record of the proceedings, including the judge's rulings, CONFIRMS it! Judge Frink, among other things, violated my Constitutional right of self-representation by ruling that I could NOT continue to pursue my case unless I was represented by counsel. Judge DiPietro, among other acts of judicial misconduct, awarded summary judgment to Bank of America's debt collection lawyers even though they violated several state and federal debt collection laws and Discovery had NOT been completed.

And for those of you who KNEW you were being mistreated and filed a Complaint against the Judge with the Judicial Qualifications Commission, (The "JQC") only to have your Complaint summarily dismissed, "welcome to the club"! Judicial prejudice and corruption is a long time systemic problem in Broward County and the JQC  keeps the situation unchanged by PROTECTING these judges from any disciplinary  consequences for their willful and deliberate "departures from the essential requirements of law" and their violations of The Florida Code of Judicial Conduct.

The old saying: "Bank of America has some of the BEST judges money can buy" is quite true in the Broward County courts and THAT is one of the biggest problems for Pro Se litigants. Even if everything supports your case, HOW do you win against Bank of America, with its unlimited financial resources and its never-ending army of dishonest, self-serving LYING crooked lawyers? The JQC and the other similar "watchdog" groups, (WHAT A JOKE!) are independent agencies and do NOT answer to the State Supreme Courts, they are regulated by the state legislatures and the Governor's Office, so those are the ones we must take the fight to!

What a SWEET deal lawyers and judges have for themselves! One bunch of lawyers supposedly disciplining a bunch of their fellow lawyers and judges supposedly disciplining their fellow judges! Seriously!!!

That's like putting a Bank robber on trial with a jury made up of nothing but other Bank robbers! We don't need to go to law school to know what the verdict will be!

If you or someone you know has been victimized by a crooked, lying lawyer or a prejudice, self-serving judge...or BOTH, PLEASE sign and share this petition.

2021 is "The Year of Change" and THIS is one of the important changes needed. These so-called "Officers of the Court" have BETRAYED the Public Trust and have breached their Oath of Admission. It's time to "clean up" our system of justice!
