To all of you who have supported me and my daughter,

First, thank you. Every signature, every share, and every kind word means more than you can know. I never imagined I would have to bring such a personal battle into the public eye, but the truth is, without awareness and accountability, children like my daughter remain at risk.

Here’s where things stand today:

After over a decade of raising my daughter alone, providing her stability, and doing everything I could as a single father, her mother who was absent for those ten years, never paying court-ordered child support or following visitation has suddenly reappeared. Using false allegations, she was able to convince an Oklahoma court to grant her emergency custody.

This happened despite overwhelming evidence from Utah doctors, therapists, and even state agencies proving the accusations against me were false. The Oklahoma court chose not to hear my motions or review my evidence often refusing to allow me to appear remotely unless I could afford expensive travel or an attorney.

Meanwhile, my daughter has been caught in the middle of a system that has failed her. She has been pulled away from her stability, her medical providers, and the home where she grew up, and placed in an environment where her safety and well-being are at risk.

This fight is no longer just about one family—it’s about exposing how courts allow false allegations, perjury, and legal loopholes to strip a loving parent of custody while silencing the child’s true voice.

I am continuing to file motions to vacate the fraudulent orders and push for jurisdiction to be transferred to Utah, where my daughter’s care and stability have always been centered. But I cannot do this alone.
