Demand for Justice Now Before President Trump, Congress, and State Leaders!

To our unwavering community of supporters,
Your dedication to this cause is truly inspiring. Every signature and every share strengthens our resolve to dismantle the systemic injustices within America's family court system.

Thank you for standing with us.

Since launching this petition to expose the profound due process and civil rights violations plaguing family courts nationwide, we have taken aggressive and targeted action.

Our mission is to ensure that the compelling evidence of this crisis reaches the highest echelons of power, demanding accountability and fundamental reform.

I am proud to announce that comprehensive, legally sound, and compelling appeals, rigorously documented and rooted in constitutional principles, have now been formally delivered to:

 * The Honorable Donald J. Trump, President of the United States:

A direct and urgent call for executive leadership to address this national crisis. We have appealed for a broad federal review, the establishment of a Presidential Task Force on Family Court Reform, and the championing of vital legislative solutions to protect families across our nation.

 * The U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division:

A formal request for a federal investigation into the pervasive civil rights and due process violations occurring in state family courts, underscoring the systemic and unconstitutional nature of these abuses.

 * The United States Congress (House and Senate Judiciary Committees):

A direct appeal to Congressional leadership for immediate oversight hearings, demanding the enactment of a comprehensive "Parents' Bill of Rights" and the establishment of a federal oversight body for family courts.

 * The Honorable J. Kevin Stitt, Governor of Oklahoma: A direct appeal highlighting the systemic failures within Oklahoma's state judiciary, exemplified by my own case, and urging executive action to ensure due process and child safety within the state.

 * The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights (OCR):

A specific complaint detailing civil rights violations by state child welfare agencies, particularly concerning the inexplicable failure to investigate documented child abuse reports in my child's case.

 * The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law: Leading civil rights organizations have received our detailed case information, urging their review for potential litigation and advocacy to challenge these systemic injustices.

This is not merely a petition; it is a declaration of war against injustice. We are leveraging every available avenue to demand accountability and fundamental change.

By directly engaging these powerful federal and state entities, we are ensuring that the stories of countless families, like mine, who have been silenced, ignored, and stripped of their rights, can no longer be dismissed.

My own fight in the Oklahoma court system continues to expose the insidious depths of this brokenness. Most recently, my ex-wife filed a "Petition for Protection" in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

This case was then inexplicably transferred to the Caddo County/Grady County courthouse.

What is truly outrageous is that my ex-wife filed this petition fully aware that the allegations within it had already been thoroughly cleared by verifiable evidence from Utah agencies, including a comprehensive forensic investigation.

Despite this irrefutable proof, the Judge in Caddo County/Grady County is astonishingly willing to consider this Petition for Protection, even knowing that the alleged incidents did not even occur in Oklahoma – they purportedly took place in Utah and were already definitively disproven.

This represents an egregious disregard for verified evidence, interstate judicial comity, and fundamental due process, allowing the court to be weaponized with baseless and recycled claims.

This appalling tactic, alongside the previously detailed denials of access, exclusion of evidence, and ignored abuse reports, demonstrates a disturbing pattern of judicial unaccountability that directly risks child safety and undermines the very fabric of justice.

The fight for due process, parental rights, and genuine child protection in family courts is far from over. In fact, it has just begun its most critical phase. Your continued support is vital.
What you can do next:

 * Share this petition widely: Every new signature strengthens our hand and demonstrates the undeniable public demand for reform.

 * Contact your own federal representatives: Echo the demands in this petition to your U.S. Senators and House Representative. Tell them your story or express your concern about the systemic issues in family courts.

 * Stay engaged: We will continue to provide updates as this critical work progresses.
Together, we are forcing a reckoning. Together, we can ensure that no more families suffer silently within a broken system.

Thank you for being part of this powerful call to action.

Sincerely,

Eric Turner
