The amendment has to be this :- If wife is caught or found in illegal affairs/relationships through phone by any means, there should be no maintenance to wife. As wife has chosen other person over husband. Also wife is starting to spend time with other person through phone calls, video calls, Snapchat ,whatsapp, etc Applications via her phone. Once left the husband aside and wife now giving time to illegal relationships. In this amendment no physical relationship is mandatory, once wife is found to giving even one minute of time to illegal relationships she should not be given maintenance. And with this amendment the husband should be given right to get divorce, so has to avoid mental pressure for husband due to wife. I want all to support this and add this into the National Commission for Men Bill in India.
