Please keep sharing and signing this petition, the Attorney General's Department have emailed back that they are looking into her case!

Trapped overseas in a foreign country, this has given Shannon hope.  Today however on a more immediate note, she has been asked to go to the school as Ollie, is not coping with the language barrier.  He does not like his school and is missing Australia.  The last few days he has clung to his mother's hand begging her to take him back "home" to Australia.

Please continue to sign this petition to raise awareness and get support for Shannon and Ollie and other's like them.

Another case we have on our books is a European child who is being forced to return to Australia.  The court orders for the past 10 years, due to extreme abuse are that the father only have 2 x 30 minute phone calls per year.  Mum made the decision to leave Australia and return to her country of origin, as she is critically ill, and needed her mother's support.  The father upon her leaving Australia, even though he has not seen the child for 10 years, applied through the Hague Convention, to have the mother and child return to Australia.  The mother's health has declined, and she is not allowed to fly and the airlines will not let her on a flight.  But her child has to be returned.  The grandmother has been ordered to bring the child back.  This now means that the mother will be separated from her beautiful child.

In closing thank you once again for signing our petition.  We will continue to update you as this matter unfolds.  In the meantime keep sharing and telling your contacts.  By raising awareness we can bring change.
