Sorry to text late. I got a phone call from Chris Corbin (director of code enforcement) and he thanked me for my cooperation and is dismissing the last citation. He said they would refund the $500 i paid in fines. The other $500 I had a financial hardship waiver to not pay until my hearing. The hearing is supposed to be canceled also. I sent an email to confirm our phone call, but haven’t received a confirmation yet.

I reached out to Greg Peterson of The Urban Farm and The Urban farm podcast( https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-urban-farm-podcast-with-greg-peterson/id1056838077 ) , and asked him to provide a report on my property condition. He has a masters degree in urban environmental planning. And he gave me a favorable report and I sent that to the city and that’s when Chris called me about two weeks later. Not sure if it was from the report or not, but it might be. 

I will be on his podcast in February also. 😆
