Animal Rights is about the Rights of Pets.

  • The sale of pets by government organizations should be stopped, including the sale of Macaques and all animals for experiments. All areas of science have been explored.
  • Other than dangerous animals a pet is considered a pet and regarded that way and protected as having their own rights
  • Pets have the right to not be abused by government actions.
  • Pets have the right to not be euthanized
  • Pets owners have the right to have an objective body look at all circumstances.
  • Pet owners have the right to be free from police interference when a situation does not warrant their input.
  • Legislation about pets with rights should not be misused for monetary income.
  • Wildlife and other legislation should be for dangerous animals, not animals that have been proven  domesticated and well cared for
  • Government Shelters should have to maintain their own standards and Animal Welfare Workers culpable when they aren't
  • Rescuers who market fix and sell to backyard breeders or breed themselves should be stopped, it increases black market and interferes with legal issues of pet owners and registered purebreds
  • Purebreds and Breeders Rights should be maintained and the attack on purebred businesses and anti-shop campaigns should be stopped because the public needs to be re-educated on the topic.
  • Industry research should be regarded, for example not allowing crates.
  • The privatization of long term care centres should be encouraged. Where centres are in rural areas, have caring staff knowledgeable on animal care, monitored by security cameras 24 hours, have open concept areas, use an appropriate application process to home animals and offer end-of-life and/or senior care.
  • Any use of the PAWS act should be investigated for excessive use of government control, abusing their administrative process for gain of money, and violating the Charter of Rights, and no impartiality.
  • The Government doesn't own animals, and can't make laws that take the rights of private households  or pet businesses.
