Eric Glover has been working at the theater in Morristown New Jersey for the past 20 years. People from all over Morris County come to this theater just to see him, and he has been fired, the management told him that he is no longer allowed to do his gig, no longer allowed to take pictures with people, and he's not allowed to hug people even when they ask. He was fired for asking a group of teenagers to come down because they were being a little bit too rowdy. Eric is a staple in the community, everybody loves him and he would not hurt a fly. Our community loves him so much that we threw him a 50th birthday party at a local Club. If you do not know Eric you should know that he is getting older and may not be able to find a new job, since AMC has taken over this theater Eric has continually been taken advantage of. I am petitioning that Eric not only gets his job back, but also the wages he has lost since he has stopped working, and a contract that's States clearly that he is allowed to do what he's been doing for the past 20 years, and there will be no repercussions because of it. I have known in my entire life and many people in the town have also known him their entire lives. We need to make sure the AMC knows that we love this man and that he should not lose his job over things so trivial. I personally I'm going to boycott the theater, as should everyone else, until he gets his job back.
