THANK YOU to all the supporters of the Change.org petition, and to those that provided feedback via the Alexa app, emailing Amazon, or phoning Amazon support, I am happy to announce that we have a victory today! Once again the Echo device (Alexa) responds to voice commands with the original "Okay" response, instead of the low pitch tone that was replaced 15 days ago. This is also a marked victory for those with hearing impairment that were affected by the last software change. Alexa's back, thank you to everyone that made their voices heard!
