Hello friends,
We're winning.
Don't get me wrong, there are still plenty of offensive and dangerous products available across Amazon's worldwide platform. However, a number of them have been removed.
More importantly, people around the world are talking, and learning more, about suicide prevention. It's all because of you.
Throughout this, Amazon still hasn't issued a public statement or apology. I don't know about you, but that doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the safety of their marketplace.
If you do come across something that could hurt people, in addition to your calls and emails, report it here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/reports
Amazon also hasn't yet committed to making this right by supporting mental health awareness and suicide prevention. They should. But we don't have to wait for them. If you want the world to change, change it.
Tomorrow morning I'll be on CanadaAM - a national morning show here in, you guessed it, Canada - to show you something I've been working on for the last couple of days.
It's time to turn our voice into action. Tune in live, or watch for tomorrow's update with more info here, on twitter, and on facebook.
In the meantime, you'll find another recent interview attached below.
Thank you all, for all you do, for all you are.
Mark
