For more than fifteen years, I have been trying to protect the rights of my children who were threatened, humiliated, beaten, forced to sing racist songs, eat pork, pray every day as Protestants and celebrate Christmas. Lawyers informed me that they are unable to protect the rights of my children because the perpetrators enjoy absolute immunity. Regional court refused our application three times to file a lawsuit against ‘Prinses Amalia School’. After we filed a lawsuit against the Netherlands with the European Court of Human Rights; the municipality of Zoetermeer brought false charges against us. And before we went to court, we were forced to close our export business and a large fine was imposed on us. Furthermore, Dutch authorities were keen to take custody of my children and remove them to the homes of non-Muslims, as we were told.  To escape religious persecution; my children and wife moved to Russia in 2011 and I have not seen my children since, except for my oldest son who returned home in 2016.

Now authorities want to destroy the future of my children after destroying their childhood.  My oldest son who returned home was denied access to higher education and he lost two years of his life. Four Dutch conservatories declined his application to study music composition. Yet, my son began to compose music at the age of twelve and has graduated from a Russian music school. He has also released several albums. My son filed a complaint with Netherlands National Commission, but nothing was done.

Unfortunately, thousands of children are suffering from these systematic violations and for years UNICEF field reports indicated that. The human rights situation in the Netherlands has deteriorated over the past five years. This is concluded by 23 human rights organizations in a report to the United Nations.

I would like to kindly ask Amal Clooney to help me stop these outrageous violations in the Netherlands so that all children will be able to enjoy their childhood and fulfill their dreams.
