يعد ماراثون مراكش حدثًا رمزيًا يستحق التنظيم من الدرجة الأولى. لقد دفعنا رسوم التسجيل ونحن نستحق تجربة تستحق هذا الاستثمار.

As a passionate runner, I wanted to do my very first 42k by participating in the Marrakech International Marathon, I was disappointed like many other runners by the bad organization of the 35th edition. Several shortcomings were noted, in particular, a lack of toilets despite the large number of participants expected at the start. Major problems with marking the course, which misled a lot of runners by following the 21k course instead of the 42k. An insufficient refreshment throughout the course. As well as a shortage of medals at the finish accompanied by a congestion of runners who had to wait a significant time standing after having made a great effort on the race, which can present a great health risk. All this, despite registration fees comparable to those of a major marathon such as London or Paris.

Communication was also insufficient, especially when collecting bibs. These shortcomings are unworthy of a prestigious event like the Marrakech International Marathon, which is supposed to represent the best of sport in Morocco.

The social media channel could be insufficient to handle this type of problems, hence this petition. Its purpose is twofold: first, we want guarantees that future editions will not repeat the same mistakes. Then, and incidentally, we want to obtain a clear explanation from the organizing team on why these shortcomings occurred.

The Marrakech Marathon is an emblematic event that deserves a first-rate organization. We paid our registration fees and we deserve an experience that is worthy of this investment.

Sign this petition to demand an improvement in the organization of the Marrakech International Marathon. We must send a strong message to the organizing team that these problems are not acceptable and that they must be resolved.

En tant que coureur passionné, j'ai tenu à faire mon tout premier 42k en participant au Marathon International de Marrakech, j'ai été déçu comme plusieurs autres runners par l'organisation de la 35e édition. Plusieurs lacunes ont été constatés, notamment, un manque de sanitaires malgré le nombre important de participants, attendu au départ. De gros problèmes de balisage du parcours, ce qui a induit pas mal de coureurs en erreur en suivant le parcours du 21k au lieu du 42k. Un ravitaillement sommaire et insuffisant. Ainsi qu'une pénurie des médailles à l'arrivée accompagnée d'une congestion de coureurs qui ont dû patienté un temps non négligeable debout après avoir fourni un grand effort sur la course, ce qui peut présenter un grand risque de santé. Tout cela, malgré des frais d'inscription comparatif à ceux d'un grand marathon comme celui de Londres ou encore de Paris.

La communication était également insuffisante, en particulier au moment du retrait des dossards. Ces lacunes sont indignes d'un événement prestigieux comme le Marathon International de Marrakech, censé représenter le meilleur du sport au Maroc.

La voie des réseaux sociaux pourrait être ignorée, d'où cette pétition. Son but est double : d'abord, nous voulons des garanties que sur les prochaines éditions ne reproduiront pas les mêmes erreurs. Ensuite, et accessoirement nous voulons obtenir une explication claire de la part de l'équipe organisatrice sur pourquoi ces manquements se sont produits.

Le Marathon de Marrakech est un événement emblématique qui mérite une organisation de premier ordre. Nous avons payé nos frais d'inscription et nous méritons une expérience qui soit à la hauteur de cet investissement.

Signez cette pétition pour demander une amélioration de l'organisation du Marathon International de Marrakech. Nous devons envoyer un message fort à l'équipe organisatrice que ces problèmes ne sont pas acceptables et qu'ils doivent être résolus.
