We just received word that the producers are still actively writing — but now, they’ve made it clear: they intend to erase their own tracks. They’re claiming their writers are “sensitive,” and that they will most likely not be using Altadena at all.

So let’s be clear:
They pitched a show based on the memory of Altadena.
They secured funding using that story.
And now, with no accountability or commitment to the actual community, they are walking away...erasing us in the process. Your silence proves our point. 

Literally. Erasing us.

This is still developing. We continue to wait for a formal response to the public and respectful requests we’ve made  and we are still being ignored, even as development continues without us. We want answers for how this happened!

Yes, creatives have the right to tell any story they choose.
But when it comes to Altadena, we say:

Not without us.
