Hello Petition signers,

It's been awhile since I've posted an update, but today have excellent news: Rakuten (formerly Ebates) has dropped all advertising on Fox News. (proof here). Hooray!

I have removed them from the companies that this is addressed to, and have added USAA in their place.

I'm sure everyone is aware that Fox News has been making the situation in our country worse this year, first with spreading disinformation about the coronavirus, and now with racist statements about the Black Lives Matter protests. 

It's increasingly difficult to understand how advertisers continue to support this network.  

Now is a good time to renew calls on advertisers to drop Fox! With the Rakuten announcement, we have the opportunity to build momentum. 

Here's how you can help:

1. Share this petition with your friends, by email and social media (we have 6915 signers now, let's push that number higher!)

2. Please contact the advertisers directly. This contact spreadsheet for top Fox advertisers now also includes the names of the people at each company responsible for Diversity and Inclusion.  

3. Tell your cable provider that you want to un-Fox your cable box. Details here.
